Let Me Introduce Myself

My name is Dávid Gellén, and I am the founder of Home Key Ingatlan.I hold a degree in Economics with a specialisation in Marketing, which I put to use every day in the professional marketing, positioning and sale of real estate.

With more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector, I have developed extensive knowledge of property financing and real estate investment. My professional background is further complemented by qualifications in real estate brokerage and property valuation, enabling us to provide our clients with comprehensive, well-informed solutions.

Building on this experience, I founded Home Key Ingatlan Kft. in 2020 with the aim of providing our clients with transparent, secure and results-driven real estate services.

Since its establishment, our company has continued to grow and develop successfully. We are particularly proud that a significant proportion of our clients come to us through personal recommendations. For us, this is the strongest testament to the trust our clients place in us and the quality of our professional work.

A year ago, we expanded our services into a new business area: international real estate sales. Today, we offer our clients not only opportunities in the Hungarian property market, but also access to international property purchases and investment opportunities.

Our services are comprehensive and cover every stage of the real estate process. In addition to property sales and valuations, we work with trusted specialist partners to assist our clients with financing, legal and tax matters, insurance, as well as planning and construction projects.
